1. Return Window
1.1 Standard Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most products. The product must be returned within 14 days of initiating the return request.
1.2 Holiday Returns
Products purchased between November 1 and December 25 can be returned until January 31 of the following year.

3. How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
Step 4: Ship Your Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs if the return is due to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs if:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.

If items are missing from your order:

- Or provide a refund if items cannot be sent
10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If you refuse delivery or don't claim your package:
